What are the damages to cavities on #9 & #10?

Looks like center punch marks. Both came from the same owner, dimple is in the same spot on both molds. Looks intentional but no idea why he did it. Click pic to enlarge

They would be fine to cut out to something larger. Never cast with these so not sure how the boolits will look?

The dimple marks are so that you can tell which bullet came out of which cavity. It will scrape off with your finger nail.

Shooters put the punch mark there in order to align the boolit in the same position in the case, which is also marked as to position.
