I slugged the cylinder throats, .432 average. Slugged the bore and it was .431. I size my bullets at .430 and .429. Am I going in the right direction? Let em know guys.

No if your bore is .431 then you should size at .432 at least. But you can try .431 but I feel the .432 would shoot much better. :)

Measure your boolits as cast. If they are .432", don't size them.
.430" might still shoot good, .431" is better but .429 is too small.
It is hard to find a mold that gives the exact size or larger. Most are too small.
The ideal would be .4315" so you don't have trouble chambering a boolit if it sticks out of the brass a lot. .432" is still best as long as a round will chamber.
I use an oversize die when I lube so as not to size my boolits. They are a snug fit to my throats.

Another thing to watch for. Some dies size more then what it says it does. I have had too many that made boolits smaller then what it was marked.

Try http://www.ranchdogmolds.com/ as he does have a sizer as well as BOOLITS that would work well and are the right size. :)

What do you think James?

RD does have larger molds for the Marlins and he told me He never tried them in the revolvers. My last group at 100 yd's with the .44 boolit from my SBH was 3/4". I am upstairs so I don't have the mold number but it is the 265 gr.
I sized them .432". My throats are larger then that at .4324" and the bore is .430".
It spreads a lot at 200 yd's though and my 330 gr is better out there.
I also use Felix lube instead of LLA which I don't like. I would like to have that boolit with regular grease grooves so I might make a mold for one. Larger drive bands might work better at long range.
Funny thing is that the boolit did not improve my Marlin with the stupid twist.

Use a .432 or .433 bullet for the .432 throats. Unfortunately most molds
won't thow that big without Beagling. Not to say that .420 or 430 won't
WORK, but they won't give best accy.

Another .001 stepdown in the bbl is near ideal. If you get a good boolit
design in the right diameter this one could be very accurate.
