I have the lee 100gr rn mold in 32cal, and the only powders I have is imr4198, reloader 7, and bullseye. I am looking for a small game load comparable to32acp-32hr to load in the 7.62X39 cases. I assume bullseye is what I need? I thought I could use the scoop I made for 38 spl.. which without looking is about 4.3grs I think. is that the best way to go? also I know I will be operating the sks as a singleshot. I used to have an adapter for my mosin nagant to shoot 32acp-32h&r mag, I loved it but it got lost somewhere. I am kindof looking to duplicate the fun I had using that. great for squirrels, coons and feral cats eating the chickens! thanks-Travis

2.7 gr BE is just what you want.

I tried larrys load in a bolt action 308 savage. It was 2.7 to 3.2 of bullseye. All I can say is try it you will like it . And every body els that try's it also likes that load.its like shooting a match 22lr stardard volocity ammo . It's not hard to go through 200 rounds with every body shooting them so rember to save some for yourself they go fast. I like this load so much I haven't tried edd Harris load of 16 gr of 2400 in the 3o8 with the lee 160 tl gass checked bullet .

Rebel you can use a scale and a piece of brass to make a custom dipper that will give you exactly the charge you want.

Simply make a handle of some sort, from a piece of tape and a piece of cardboard, a piece of wire, sky's the limit.

For adjusting charge I like to take my case deburring tool, sharpen the inside edge of the brass. Then simple place it on a piece of foam or paper and cut out the circle. Tamp it down, scoop a scoop of powder, weigh it. Adding layers as needed until you get consistent measure exactly the size you want.

that's a good idea, easier than trimming it several times, only to cut it too short!

When I trim too short, I just go back and trim them longer. . . . .
