NRA Museums in VA and MO

I've just returned from touring the NRA museum in Springfield, MO. Last May I toured the NRA museum in Fairfax, VA.

While both are wonderful they are different. The Springfield exhibit is newer and the selected guns were carefully chosen for display. The Fairfax museum has more guns on display in terms of quantity.

I didn't even know about the one in the BPS in MO, so I stumbled on a gold mine! To see guns and paintings from the publications, movies, and shooting lore of my youth, with noting but glass betwixt, us was awesome! Inspiring to say the least!
