how does one make a pin-fire case, 9/mm or any pin-fire caliber and reload them, bullet diameter, primer, BP, load etc.?

Here is one possible source - at a price. I expect they would export, as no kind of cases are controlled by law domestically.

Or in some sizes you could hunt for a supplier of bullet jackets. For a limited amount of use it could even be worth melting the cores out of commercial rifle bullets. That takes a little more heat than is advisable for most revolver cases, even, but pinfire ones are lightly stressed.
They all, so far as I know, use a heel bullet of the full case diameter, so you need to choose your bullet mould with a heel to match the cases you have. I don't think you will go wrong with cap and ball revolver caps and all the black powder you have space for.

Hey guys thanks for the help. i think i will side line the revolvers to the shelf for show & tell. the price of the reloading equipment is really cost prohibitive.WOW!!
