Hi all,
Would like to load some .357 with a Keith style SWC, 158gr or thereabouts for deer and punching paper at long range (for me). Have H-110 powder, which is giving satisfactory results.
Want to load for velocity, shooting a 5'' N-frame. Want to avoid leading; any suggestion for a bullet and source. Don't want to get back into casting bullets myself at this time.
Any suggestions.

One of the best boolits is the Lyman #358156 it is gas check boolit but I have no idea where you can get the from a retail manufacturer.

The Keith style boolit #358429 would be too long if you used the crimp groove.

Try Beartooth Bullets.

Go to Montana Bullets,

Try the 170 gr. Lyman 358429, that's an excellent bullet for the .357 Magnum. It's heavy enough to penetrate well and still light enough that a good dose of H-110 will give it good velocity.

I like the Lee 156-gr GCSWC - shoots like crazy in my BH over 15 grs 2400. Almost identical to the -156...
