Mid-south shooters supply:https://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/search?SearchTerm=6.5+Grendel+brass for the Grendel brass. Just get a cheap set of Lee dies for forming if you are using 7.62x39 brass. Easy 1 pass and fire-form!

I also make my grendel brass from 7.62×39. Use a light charge and plink with them at 50 yards. After fire forming load as normal. I prefer the fire formed brass.

I’ve done it but there’s less case capacity. I’ve got nearly 1k x39 set aside for just that. Also have Hornady dies but was going to get another set of Lee’s or a form die to hydro form cases rather than fire form them.
