Friend told me about this. He has a boat.

I've used a fair amount of it (Salt-X), pretty much the same product as Salt-Away. It does a great job of removing & preventing salt buildup on my reels, rods & outboard engines. I haven't tried it on any firearms.

I put my cylinders and barrels from my BP handguns through the dishwasher. Works great.
