Anyone needing a new S&W 52 barrel

Clark custom guns is doing a run of S&W 52 barrels if anyone needs one or wants one with faster twist, these will be 1-10 and I belive price is 252.00
These are impossible to find.

They're still waiting for the prototype to arrive. If all is well, then they will begin a production run. The question is who is going to fit the barrel to your 52 ? S&W no longer works on the 52 anymore. I would probably send mine to Clark Custom. Send them an email and ask to be put on the waiting list, and you'll get first crack at the new barrels.

Will these barrels be fitted with their own new barrel bushings or will the original bushing be reused? It seems logical to do the former to insure that there woud be sufficient steel there to get the necessary close fit. My 52 hasn't been/isn't being shot enough really "justify" a new barrel, but it's an interesting concept. I'll be watching. :coffeecom
