Gentlemen,
I am looking for a mold that will cast .452-.454 bullets weighing about 230 grains for gas checks. I saw where Lyman made one at one time but it's currently out of production. Any suggestions as to where I could find such a mold?

Thank you in advance,
Gene Poole

Check web site for Accurate bullet Molds and see if Tom has what you want. Any mold you get from him will probably be a better one then from Lyman. You can advise him of the alloy you are using and what you want in dia. size for the mold to drop with your alloy.

452484 Lyman you can find them on Ebay every now and then. I got one to use in my 460 Rowland but found that I really didn't need the gascheck.
