I was wondering if I need the bigger block size or not, I want to get 1 cavity modified to a cramer style hp, and the boolits are 1.12" long, may decide to get the 3 cavity, but still need to know if I need the large block or if the regular block will do. the design is the 286C. thanks-Travis

and aslo I cast with 3.5%sb/ 3.5%sn/ .3-4% copper. I know copper makes the alloy grow a bit, so should I just write this alloy down when I order, or select linotype?

Erik requires .5" (as I recall) of block material beyond the bullet tip for his Kramer system.

My blocks are 1.465" tall, so any design longer than .965" could be trouble. Check with Erik before ordering.

I offer a special, XXL block which is 1.73" tall for this situation. It is 1.8" long aluminum only, so can be only one or two cavities.

For alloys which are not listed in my drop-down selections, just select "other" and write them using "Special notes".

ok and are those dimensions for the big block 2 cavity or the regular?

The 1.8" block is my smallest, which can be two cavity up to 45 caliber.

so these measurments are how wide they are, not how tall, they are all the same height except the xxl alum. ones?

Correct.
