After a month in the house convalescing I summoned my courage and made a trip to the Garage! Very nice to get out there even if it was only for a while. [emoji38][emoji38] Even managed to do a little upgrade on my coax!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170902/280a56a0264cee01ec7181b454b32dea.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170902/892c42c0f39b943a76ecba9ff7b7e771.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170902/da972845da2b3f9833a461da5654d423.jpg

That's a serious fracture. How far out till they remove external fixator? Or was this a fusion?

Ouch! Good luck on healing! And I know what it is like to be laid up and going stir crazy! Low back surgery and neck fusion both put a crimp in my life for 3+ months!

Hope your recovery goes well. Nice new links on the Co-ax. I've got one on my wish list.

Determination will survive. Slow but steady is the course, and you're obviously up to the task.
Good luck and keep your eye on the prize.

Glad you are healing well and are able to get up and about. What did you do to the Co-Ax? The shell holder? Sorry, never had a Co-Ax.

Been there, done that! DO THE PT even if it hurts but don't push to hard into bad pain. Some pain is normal. And I hope you have a recliner to sleep in because laying down will not be an option!
Hope things heal up ok.

Remember that physical therapists are angles.
Angles of pain and torment but I'm sure they mean well.
