We gave to The Salvation Army, they are specialists in disaster aid, and at least 90% of the money goes directly to the people in need.

Have a blessed Sabbath,

Leon

Full semi left today, they are meeting a Salvation Army rep when they get there to decide where it goes. Local farmer donated the trailer and semi tractor plus he is doing the driving.

We had a tornado in 79 , up to that point I knew little about the Salvation Army . They were on the sine when the sun came up the next morning passing out water (very much needed) , sandwiches . Smiling and there to help . Bad tornado , killed 49 , wiped out the south side of town . These folks were completely amazing !
I taught my kids to never pass a Salvation Army kettle at Christmas without contributing . I made a promise to myself to help them . I stand by that promise to this day .

Thank you Mary .
