Magnum shot Shell primers

Some one gave me some CCI magnum shot Shell primers. Can I use these to reload standard 2 3/4 inch shells in 12 gauge?

yes you can, there is standard target load data specifically using the cci mag primer.

As runfiver says you can use the mag primer with the right load data.
You need to look it up in a published shotgun load manual.

I'd have to look it up again but I know I have it in the shot shell loading room.
