I have Ranch Dog's mold and size the cast bullets to .251. They work great in my Jimenez JA-25 and my son's Tangfolio. The bullet, even loaded to .84 (minimum length recommended by Ranch Dog) won't chamber.

I could have the gun's throat reamed, but I really don't want to do that. Is there a nose sizer or other solution to this problem?

NOE makes a .248 nose die, http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/index.php?cPath=104_392&osCsid=5cc0v5d1urca4oeqqu5p47fto5

How do those work? I''ve never seen one before.

It's initially expensive but cheaper than Lee in the long run. First you buy the body and guides,

Then, in the link I provided above, or any other caliber, you buy the push rod and what size bushings you want/need.
For instance I load 9mm, for several guns, and .38/.357mag. I got the .356 push rod then .356, .357 and .358 bushings. I also wanted to load 10mm, so a .40cal push rod and a .402 bushing (I think, might be .401, need to check!) then I got the same for .308. I think all of it was under $80, shipped, much less than all the individual pieces would have cost from Lee.
As for actually using one on a press, YouTube is your friend! Thick accent, but this guy really does cover it good.

I've been really happy with mine and plan on adding to it in the near future.

So nose sizing only pushes the bullet in partially and you back it out? I don't want to resize the entire bullet, right?

Correct, there is a rod that comes with the body for pushing the bullets out.
Hopefully this will help explain it better.
