I messed up a part called for replacement and told the young lady who took my call I did it.
She took my order and I asked for how to pay for the part.
Her answer was no charge and she sent me all the parts relating to the part I messed up.
Fellows that is customers service from a great company.
I have to tell you that is far more than required.

I agree, RCBS customer service is fantastic.

I called them needing a replacement lid to my Uniflow. They sent me one free of charge.

I would say that for the most part Dillon Precision is on par with that.
I have physically lost a part for my press and they have sent me a replacement.

RCBS was awesome for me as well. I got the RCBS hand case neck turner from Gander Mountain. I got home opened the box at it was missing all the pieces. It only had the tool body and handle. Gander Mountain said no replacements. I was kind of bumbed but it was 17 dollars because of the sale. I called RCBS and the tech rep emailed me a parts diagram. I told him everything that was missing and offered to pay for the parts but they said not worry about it. He asked for a receipt and for proof. It took a day but I just email confirmation they were sending me all the parts free. Same for Hornady. I bought the flash hole deburr tool. The tip came out and they sent me a new one.
