Try www.buffaloarms.com. I saw .416 caliber gas checks there.

Gator makes them. Sells them for $29.00 per K last time I checked.

Or, you can order a tool to make them yourself from Charlie. He sells strictly from eBay, and his name there is "Freecheck"

It may depend on what mold you are dropping them from. The hornady checks for 416 will not fit most lyman molds. You will want to measure the shank to figure out what you need. I believe Gator has both sizes available.
