Remington 40X triggers

I went to pay off my "new to me" rifle today, and the guy at the shop gave me a trigger out of a Remington 40X target rifle that a fellow had replaced with a Shilen. What is the adjustment range of these? I see that it is externally adjustable. Thanks.

"Trigger: Externally adjustable from 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs. Special 2-oz. trigger available as an extra option. "
