Wayne, I'm in the same boat, should have retired last February. I got talked into "one last project", seems it may never end. Lots of turn over with my crew. Just take it day by day, task by task. Keep God in your heart, He leads you straight and true. Keep up a good attitude. Find humor in the disaster. Adapt, improvise and overcome.
