View Full Version : I took my buddy out to shoot my Hot Rod Hawken

Mike is a friend of mine that never shoots rifles. I mean never. He is a pistol shooter and even if he wanted to go hunting with me he couldn't because he hasn't taken Hunter ed. Mike did buy a Muzzleloader rifle but has never shot it. He has shot a centerfire a few times over the years but not much.
When I asked him to go with me shooting he was excited to go. Well I decided to have video proof of him shooting. I enjoyed helping to give him the bug on rifles. And he brought his BP revolvers, something I have always wanted to shoot.

Looks like you had a good time.Thats good of you to show your friend how much fun muzzle loading can be.He now can be on an adventure for years to come,different B/P rifles,pistols and all the accessories that is out there.

Looks like you both had a great time! Enjoyed the video! It's nice that he had the opportunity to shoot the rifle and maybe he'll get hooked on long guns too!

Great video, I'm a bit envious it's been raining every day now for the last three weeks and can't get any range time with BP. Good to hear you are helping another shooter into the world of BP. :)
