That's nice. I can understand why you like it. How's it shoot?

10 shots each target @ 50 yds..... Full stocks aren't accurate...

I have a full stock 455 that is death on clay pigeon pieces at 100 yds. I use a Fowler Pride range reticle 7X scope. Too much fun on the range.

Beautiful rifle. I love my FS CZ 527. The thing I find 'funny' about the CZ Full stock is that they don't advertise that the barrel is free floating (a real accuracy benefit). On my CZ Full stock the barrel is held only at the receiver. You can slide a dollar bill around the barrel all the way to the end-- and the end bracket at the muzzle doesn't grip the barrel. I'm convinced this is one of the things that contributes to the excellent accuracy.

I have the same set up only in 22 Magnum, shoots very well, their not supposed to.You can replace the front plastic piece with a steel one from the 527's on CZ's web site perfect fit on mine.

I might be wrong ,but I think all the replacement nose caps now are alloy....I put a steel cap off a 527 when you could still get them. I also put a aftermarket milled trigger guard in place of the stamped one and an adjustable sear. She likes Wolf and SK ammo. This is my favorite CZ........

I put a peep sight on my 452 Full Stock and have not gotten around to mounting the scope. Every time I consider mounting the scope I remember how enjoyable a peep sight is on it. Just a wonderful piece of equipment. If you have not yet then try Wolfe ammo in it.

You can also mount the scope and a peep at the same time. I Have see-through mounts on my CZ 527 plus a peep mounted in the rear see-through 202036

Here's my second favorite CZ 22..... They made a few 452 Americans with maple stocks... Couldn't resist

Good idea. I hadn't considered that option.

The peep I mounted with see-through scope mounts is a Skinner dovetail peep setup. I machined off the dovetail part so that I had the flat plate with the peep. Then I used a grinder to shape the peep plate so that it sits on top of the the receiver and is clamped down by the scope mount. I could send details if interested.

Not certain I want to try something that elaborate as I am not a machinist in any sense of the term. I assumed the peep was mounted using the dovetail. I don't know if anyone makes a peep that would work in that situation.

I reall like the idea od a full stock that is free floated. That is a very nice gun!
