Groo here
There were some loads in the Lyman cast manual.
There are loads for W296/H110 and W680/AA1680.
That heavy a loading in 357 requires very slow powder.

200-grain cast in .357 brass, I get good results with 4.2-4.5 grains of Alliant Bullseye.

Not high velocity, but accurate.

For my 357 mag DW revolver, I use the RCBS 200 rifle bullet with gas check and crimp over the ogive. This is seated rather deep.
I use 296 but I can't list the charge because it is not a published load. It takes down rams rather nicely even though my load is not at a heavy level of pressure based on indicators.

This is the kind of question that keeps me from giving out any data anymore. No clue as to what kind of wheel gun. I shoot some heavies in my FA and TC. It darn sure isnt anything I would want to put in my 19 Smith.
Then if I mention an OAL and the guy just shoves the bullet deeper.......

There definitely is data out there if you look for it. I have a load using 2400 in my Rossi trapper that is excellent.

Right out of a dated W-W powder pamphlet, c. 1995--200 grain lead bullet, WSPM primers, 12.4 grains of WW-296. The book claims 1200 FPS, I get 1175-1200 FPS in my Ruger BisHawk x 7.5" with Lyman #358430. From the 4" 686, yield is 1075-1100 FPS. VERY ACCURATE in both.

Accurate had some loads for bowling pin shooting (Note: These were likely wadcutters and short. COALs may not fit others.) in past booklets. Castpics has pdf versions. The old paperbag paper IMR pamphlets had some loads, but I don't have or know where to find digital copies.

OP, there was an almost-identical thread on this topic a few weeks ago (despite the rather unhelpful thread title).
I think you may find additional information there. Hope this helps,
