Will the LEE 45 Colt seater die handle .455 bullets?

Or am I going to have to open the die up some? I think the Lee .45 colt bullet seater die is only good for .452 bullets?

I have seated .454" with mine and no noticeable damage to the boolits. Cast from 30:1, but never pulled any to check for swaging.

Good to know, that is what i'll be sizing to with my new Lyman 454190. I suppose if I have to i'll polish the die out

You will likely be fine with the seating crimp die and in particular if you set up the die to only seat the boolit. The crimp though may be an issue at .455 but I think you will be ok as long as you are not working with the factory crimp die with the carbide ring. The die could swage down the boolit when it passes through the mouth of the die on its way to being crimped.
