I've been casting and shooting the Lee TL356-124-2R for quite some time now.
I have had lots of problems with tumbling, forcing me to Beagle my mould to get proper sizes for one specific gun, my Browning HP. It does work exceptionally well in our Sig and the new M&P, straight up.
On a whim, I picked up the Lee 356-125-2R and following garandsrus' cleaning hints (use a toothbrush to get into all the crevices!) cast up 10 lbs of homebrew (5% antimony, 1% tin) alloy in short order. Random sampling measured boolits at .356 to .3565, so I slugged the problematic Browning. Having the larger amount of lead in contact with the grooves seems to help deform the boolit to conform to the rifling!
Tumble lubing conventional grooved boolits always seems wrong to me, but since the groove is fairly shallow in this design, it seemed to fill out well. A short stint in the oven to accelerate drying (wife wasn't home - [smilie=1: ) and I loaded some up without sizing and shot away when we got to the range.
I'm very happy to report 0% tumbling with Blue Dot, and I don't have to separate out different boolits for different guns now!!
Anyone else have a favorite boolit for their 9??
