I have for sale a Enfield No.4 Mk1/3 that went the FTR (Factory Through Repair) program at the BSA factory in 1954.
It is a numbers matching (bolt, receiver, magazine, stock) and has no import marks visible.
Walnut furniture and the milled micrometer rear sight
The FTR program saw the trigger mount placed on the receiver (instead of on the trigger guard) for increased accuracy and the bolt slot has been repaired (uneven wear evident since the repair).
The overall condition is quite good. The stock has some damage (likely from wartime use) and the Baked factory finish has wear. The bore is great and the rifle cycles smoothly.
Comes with the WWII canvas sling a couple stripper clips and some brass.
I have not shot this rifle as I got it on a swap and don't have a vast amount of 303 ammo.
Selling to fund a 308 Enfield scout rifle build
I am asking $550 +$30 Shipping.
