Gage and jig to test runout on .22 Hornet and other small reloads?

My RCBS case master doesn't work for me with Hornet rounds. Anyone using some other tester with these types of rounds?

I have used a small vee block and magnetic base with indicator on a steel surface plate on the smaller rounds it works but isn't as "handy" as the actual gages.
