Hi folks-

I'm looking for some advice. I have a S&W 586 cylinder currently chambered in .357 Mag. that I would like to have reamed out to accept the .357 Maximum case. This is for a special project to seat four small wadcutter bullets flush with the end of the case.

I'm fairly mechanically inclined, but I've never undertaken such a project. Is this something I could do myself? If this is the case, do you have a recommendation for a source for roughing & finishing reamers? And if you recommend sending it to a gunsmith to have it done, do you have a recommendation for someone who could do this work?

Thanks for your time,

Bill

there is a guy on the board that can do the work.
He isn't listed as a VS.
I will have to find his info
