i picked up 1000 9mm? 122gr laser cast bullets on gunbroker. these are .357 (micd) trunicated cone bullets. the guy adv them to be for the 9mm,38super.i slugged the barrel in my 2 sigs and they are both .356. these bullets have to be seated to 1.010 to chamber in my sig 225 p6. this is my load, 9mm 122gr laser cast (.357) 6.5gr of hs-6 , cci small pistol primer , oal 1.010. this load seems a little compressed , i fired about 20rds and everything seems fine except the primers do seem flattened. what do you think? thanks

update,i found my laser cast reloading book and it calls for an oal of 1.070 with this bullet. i have a sig p226 and 3- sig p225 p6. none of the 225 p6 would chamber the 1.070 lenght bullet but the sig 226 chambered it just fine. are the chambers in the 225 p6 shorter? i am a little worried about shortening the oal to 1.010, not knowing where the pressures are going. any help is apprec.thanks don

My Hodgdon book list 6.8gr of HS-6 as max for a 125gr jacketed.
If you're primers are flattening your pockets will probably get loose after a few firings. Which they sort of will with any max load anyway. I'd reduce a half grain out of them and see how you like that.
Bet they'll still chronograph about 1,050fps or higher. No gain in tearing your stuff up with hot loads.
