Ok, this is a technique I found on another forum, and worked with a little bit. It is do-it-your-self shoot-n-see targets.
If this is the wrong category, I apologize, and the mods can feel free to move it where it belongs.
I am shooting an M-96 Swedish Mauser in local CMP matches. But practice is difficult, as my sportting scope can not see those tiny 6,5mm and less holes at 200 yds. Just can not see them at all if they are in the black. But this seems to solve the problem of visibility.

Basically, it consists of a backing (cardboard, free), a white sheet to show up easily (cut from an old desk calendar, also free), and a plastic sheet (I have used saran wrap from the 99cent store, old grocery bags (free) and kitchen trash bags, the cheapie recycled type), and a spray with cheap flat black spray paint.

I secured the covering with various types of tape and such, duct tape works as well as anything.

The grocery bags, being white, may not need a white insert. I am also playing with coloring different areas different colors, such as red, or a black background with a white spray. I am thinking i can make small game versions with white for general hits, and red for critical hits. And other novelty rtargets.
Here are the links, in case the pics do not attach properly. I kept tyhe size low, for ease ot downloading.
