I don't think the re-boring will work. Per Wikipedia: "Cartridge standards for the .375 Ruger were issued by SAAMI in June 2007. SAAMI recommends a 6 groove barrel having a bore Ø of .366 in (9.3 mm) and a groove Ø of .376 in (9.6 mm) with a groove width of .115 in (2.9 mm)." There is a real good chance the original rifling won't be entirely removed unless you get a bigger than standard bore, leaving you with shallower than standard lands and grooves.

the groove of the 9.3 is .366 not the bore is that what you meant? I think the bore is 356

The groove of the 9.3x62 is supposed to be .366. The bore of the 375 Ruger is supposed to be .366. If the original 9.3 groove diameter happens to be slightly oversized, I think there is a real good chance you would see the "ghost" of the old rifling on top of the lands of the rebored rifling.

oh, ok, I didn't notice the slightly oversize part.so might work but could be risky to the health of the barrel. I would imagine it would be more prudent to get a 375 ruger barrel, I think the cz550 is common enough to find someone willing to make one if I decide to go that route.

I'd call the cz custom shop, they offer 375 ruger as a custom chambering.

I find it hard to imagine the situation where a 9.3 is not enough cartridge, and a .375 Ruger is...just me I guess.
Since .375 Ruger is available in such a wide variety of rifles, I would leave the CZ as is, and just get another rifle in the .375 Ruger. That way, when you come back to your senses, you will be glad you didn't destroy your beautiful 9.3 CZ.
I know this is an opinion, and doesn't really answer your question, but I think it is a tragedy to destroy a 9.3 CZ.
CZ makes lots of other chamberings, many much larger. Why not just get a bigger chambering?
The 9.3 really is a great cartridge.

My Savage 116 in 375 Ruger is "OK" but my CZ550 FS in 9.3x62 is awesome.
The Savage will be for sale soon, the CZ, never.
