how well does 180gr wfn 38 cal kill deer out of a 357 mag and 357 max or would I be better off getting the same mold in a hollow point 168gr noe mold are noe molds hard to use in hollow point I have only used single pin molds what would be your choice hp or std gas check or plan base mold for hunting

a 180 WFN in a 357Max is skookum stuff for whitetail & mule deer.
you shooting it in a Contender maybe?

I've taken 4 muleys with my 10 1/2" Ruger 357 Maximum using a 180 gr. LBT cast bullet, one shot each. No need for a HP unless you want more hamburger.
