Has anyone here had experience with this round. I have an excellent old german rifle in this cartridge. it is complete with original sights and a set trigger. It is marked for smokeless powder. I know i can make brass from 32-40 or 32 Win. Spl. I would like information on cast boolits.

I had Tom at Accuratemolds.com cut me a stopring bullet because my rifle has a way lone lead from case to rifling.

In fact i ended up using 30-30 brass as is and just run it through the FL die.

Man as I get into older & more European rifles I keep stumbling upon this 8.15mm & thinking I aughta get one someday. Price of admission looks hefty, though.
