I pulled out a three Ruger Six series the other day to give them a workout and cleaning. I was using 6 gr. of Unique and a Lee 158 SWC with a GC, sort of my go to load or a 357. the barrel lengths were 2 3/4 in., one was 4 in. and a 6 in. It reminded me of an older thread I had read about Unique in a 357. I have never had these out at the same time so I said what the heck and out came the chronograph. Not a scientific test by any means but the average of a full cylinder in each gun. Thought you might be interested. I know others mileage varies but about what you would expect.
