Does anyone have any experience with using the Accurate 46-400M mold with one of these Browning Miroku 1886 rifles? I also have a Marlin 1895 LTD V that Im sure would chamber this boolit but with the short throat on the Browning Im a little concerned.

Thanks for any info.

Tom at Accurate molds tells me 105% of his 45-70 shooters shoot Marlins so I guess thats why I've gotten no replies.

I believe Tom has a close copy of the Ranchdog 350 gr. cast bullet that might work in your gun. I use the 350 Gr. Ranchdog in my Marlin LTD-V sized at .460 and it is a very accurate bullet. 3 shots of 1 inch at 100 yards. Used it to kill several buffalo and one hog and they were one shot kills. Only bullet I have recovered was in the hog that was a face on shot into chest and bullet was recovered just in front of the rear ham for about 35 inches of penetration.
