So this is a trophy mould , those that know me know I wouldn't buy it anywhere but at an estate sale where prices were "what he told her they were".
I have my Remlin 1895 and it shoots about 3" with everything so far from a Unique and papered 452-255 and a 456-228 on up to full bore 405s like the 458193 and 458-405 HB Lee .

This is the nose pour 462-420 with the HB and PB pins for an advertised drop weight of 392 and 420 gr .
Aside from 60-70 gr of FFg or FFFg any suggestions ?
I'll likely start with my trusty pistol alloy of more or less 50/50 but I'll run some in 75-25 also . 1500 fps from a non-ported GG bbl ?

Most of my .45/70's start leading some before 1500 fps. with plainbase boolits. (I have 8)The Badger barrel on my Browning BPCR will do it if I get my alloy right. But I don't normally cast as hard as you are, I usually use about 10-1 WW to linotype and water drop. My Marlins are accurate, but they mostly prefer gaschecks over about 1400. Again you will just have to experiment, with the alloy you are using. You can always wrap a couple wraps of tracing paper on it and then push it as fast as you like...

I've found that 1500 is about my limit with 405s .
Both alloys are pretty soft .
