:-D Hi and thanks in advance- My 1894c., .357mag seems to run really slick at
1.610" oal cartridge. (its been modified) I am wondering if anyone would be able to
give me the nose to crimp length of a Saeco #354 bullet. Haven't been able to find
the info anywhere. I like that bullet, want to get the mold, but would prefer for
100% reliability its going to end up near to 1.610 " when loaded.

I can check for you tomorrow. I have that mold and some boolits from it on the bench. Let me get this straight, you want the distance from the nose of the boolit to the crimp groove, right? What about just loading it in the .357 case and getting you the OAL.

.320" nose to top of crimp grove.
Meplat is .230" O.L. with gas check .745"
I could send you some for cost to try out if you'd like.
With a case length of 1.290" for the 357mag that adds up to 1.610". What a coincident.
I've a RCBS 38-158-CM here with about .005" shorter nose and .005" smaller meplate and people report it feeds through the stock Marlin while the Saeco won't. The nose has a slimmer tapper to it also but it's such a small change.

:-D Thank you Gabby M for the specs and the offer. The bullet should be ideal
considering the OAL. and its reputation for accuracy. After reading your post I went
ahead and ordered the mold from Grafs. Should have some boolits in a a week or
less.!!
