Runaway grandaughter (not mine)

A close friend of mine is very upset. It seems that his grandaughter (15 ) ran away with a 16 year old boy last night. The car that they left in was stolen but not by them. They know who picked them up but haven't found them yet. She is now considered an accesory after the fact. An Amber alert can't be issued for another 24 hours. Please pray that God will intervene in this situation.
