load using IMR4198 in k31

anyone have any good load for their k31 using this powder? I have a variety of boolits from 165-200 grain.

Start at 18grs. and work up to 22grs. of IMR 4198.

Ditto Maven's suggestions.....I'd be surprised if 18.5 grs didn't shoot well.

Seems we all agree, I was going to suggest about 20 gr. Thats where I start in most of my full size milsurps.

that seems to be an universal load recommendation for cases about that size.
if you have the rcbs silhouette boolit that pours about 300 on the nose and bout 310 on the body, it is hard to go wrong with that combo.
don't be scared of a bit of dacron in there either

I use a little dacron too, about a half to 7 tenths of a grain depending on the case. Seems to be more accurate when the powder stays in one place.
