new mold

I just got a new lee 2 bullet mold and need help on how to get it ready to cast. This may be on here but i could not find anything on it. Thanks for any help.

The methods very between who does it but basically clean it and use it. Lube the joints and moving parts with a high temp lube being carefull not to get any lube in the cavities. I use brake cleaner to clean mine.

look at the top page of this subboard (molds... maintenance) for the second "sticky" labeled "sure-fire Lee-menting". that post contains all the info you will ever need on new lee molds.
