To Follow Jesus, no turning back, no turning back.

I've decided that I'm not NEARLY as smart and able as I once imagined myself to be, no matter how hard and diligently I try to be. Thus, I know I NEED my Lord, who knows all and can do all. And amazingly, I'm more satisfied and happier now, than when I tried to do it "all" myself! I think Sherlock Holmes would call that a "clue," don't you?

I have decided...that the older I get and the more that I understand how he has guided my life...that I have really failed HIM...I have not nearly done my minuscule part, in my life.

We could all say the same thing . It's something we all have in common but thanks to his grace and through our own experience the light grows brighter . That shared experience and the continuing shared experience of understanding more leads us to help one another and understand GOD .

Yes to all the above. I have decided that my life is so full of blessings, that there is simply no way I can count or perceive them all. And that there is no way to adequately give thanks or praise for all of them. My life is saved so many times over every day. I don't believe I have done anything to deserve this - And if I got what I deserved . . . Well that would not be pretty. Age does improve perspective
