Has anyone done any work with 6.5 x 47 Lapua? Thinking of doing a ground up analysis. I have a savage PTA with a CBI heavy 28" barrel with only about 450 J bullets thru it. Thinking that a full work up, slug the bore, chamber cast, multiple bullets and pdrs. chrono data, tgt's. the works. Try to cover every base with all the different idea's from the forum here. I have been reloading for 25+ years and building guns for 10+, so not a big learning curve. But to be meticulous and record everything. Any advice from more experience caster would be appreciated.
