Higher front sight blade

I'm looking for higher front sight blade for an Enfield.
It's for a SMLE, but I think their all the same.
Found them for Mausers and Schmidt Rubins but nothing for the Enfield.

Don't know who would sell them either but a cheap and easy solution would be to just build up a layer of JB weld on top of the blade and file smooth and to correct height , little flat black paint and yer done
