That's a quite the "O" frame casting you got there. I'll asume that you work in a foundry, made a pattern, and cast you and your buddies a few frames. Now, off to the machine shop and you'll have 'er done.

Looks good, keep us posted on your progress.

I worked in a pattern shop a few years ago, it was the only press I had cast :(:( wish I had cast more. I had an itch to have a larger press then, just never got around to machining it. Now I currently work nights as a machinist. It is slowly being picked away at now.( In my spare time of course :-D[smilie=1: ) I am planning on 6" opening , and a 1.25 dia ram.
