444 marlin and alliant 2400

i'm going to "try to use";) only one powder, alliant 2400. the 500 linebaugh, 45-70, 30-40 krag and the 30-30 i can find loads for it(2400). what load should i start out with in my 444 marlin(tc encore) and 250gr wfn and 280gr lfn gc and a 300ish grain lfn gc(don't know if i want to use it or not[smilie=b:).

the 444 marlin will be a 150 yards or less for deer. i would like it to it 1700-1800fps.
