Found two packs of turkey wings in the meat bargain bin Thursday . Brined em 24 hours (no extra spice) and cold smoked em with pecan an hour and a half . Put em in the oven 2 hours ..low heat ..bout 320 .
Ate 2 last night and will finish the last 2 tonight . They are smokey !
