How do I make an unused icon folder and put them all in?

On a PC you right click on the desktop, go down to New, select Folder, Give it a name, then drag the icons into the folder.

It brought my computer back, darn thing was running 100% disk and 94% ram. Firefox would lock.
Those things suck use.
