Any one use "Liquid Road" before on parking lots

Hi, one of our PM's suggested this product for use in two small parking at work; Has anyone used this product?

I googled "Liquid Road", did not get any results. Perhaps you are referring to "Driveway Sealer"? The company I work for sells 5 gallon buckets of it made by Henry's. It's asphaltic, and there's 2 year, 4 year and 7 year coatings available. While I have not personally used any of it, I sell a lot of it. The airports have been buying it... so I guess it works good.

Henry's is pretty good. Hard work getting it spread out. I did a 100 odd foot drive a few years ago, I think 4 buckets. And over two days. I need to do my current driveway, but it's 400 ft long now.......

Cut it 50/50 with bees wax and add a crayon of your choice for color !

Sorry can't be used as lube!
The process of applying it to lots requires sand in the mix; so no go on lube.
I have data sheets from SealMaster and have googled the product.
Does anyone have first-person experience in the use in lots or small roads that you manage; does it maintain the dark color for more than 3-4 years? Does it really help with ice abatement?
How long did it last in your specific application? Real world experience to help my PM with using this on the lots here at work which I maintain.

I have not although I did go to the site and read the stuff. I question the ice abatement. If I read it right that would be based not on the product but on the color as black adsorbs heat better than concrete or dirt and anyone in snow country will tell you a paved driveway will clean faster than either of the previous two. Does this sealant make it adsorb heat any better? I don't know but I couldn't tell the difference between Liquid Road and a few of their other products in what they do except for the formulas.

See if a local company will do it. Here in snow country a lot of company's will seal a driveway for close to the same price as buying the buckets and doing it your self. There product is better as it requires heat to melt it . And yes it does help with cleaning off snow, it melts faster and don't stick as much

I use to use Gilsonite sealer on my paved driveway, that stuff was awesome, and would last several years. It was brownish-black when applied, and smelled very strong of solvents, it'd smell up the whole neighborhood...but was very dark Black when dry. I use to buy it for about $25 per 5 gallon can at a home improvement box store, but I guess oil based sealers have been banned for retail sale in my state. I have searched, and found Gilsonite sealer for $75 per 5 gallon online. I haven't ordered any yet.
