Do you want to up your velocity, keep it about the same or drop down into the squib load category? Powder choice will be easier to suggest with that info.

Just looking for a powder that would shoot better at 100yds.
Powder that I have on hand.
I've tried .309,.310, .312 and .313 boolets. Slugged at .308.
Tried 2400 and Blue dot.
Shot great at 50yds with .309/2400. 100yds was 3" to 4".

How much blue dot are you using? I shoot between 14-15 grains in my .30 cal rifles. Krag, 03A3, 1917 Enfield. I have tried 13 grains of green dot, but it never was as accurate as the blue dot loads. My type 99 won't shoot well with any powder except Sr 4756. My 8mm mausers prefer Imr 4198.

I forgot to ask, what boolit are you using? I use the 314299 sized to .309. The mold cast small at .311. So sizing down is no problem.

I like IMR4227 in my .303's and .308.

I run 18 to 22 grs. depending on boolit weight. Mostly in the .303's I shoot the NOE 316299 (202grs.) and in the .308 the Lyman 31141 (170 gr.).

Unique has also worked well for me with the 316299 in the .303's as has IMR4198 and IMR4895.

Using a Lee 160gr sized to 310.
14.5 of Blue dot.
I have heaver boolets, but the ones I've tried, will not chamber.
Probably need to size the nose smaller.
Powder here cost an are and a leg.
Most times we have no choice but to pay the price.
