Father, Please lead Becky down the path that will let her deal with her trial. Walk with her and let her know that You are there for her. Father, when people are down You show up to help shoulder the pain and frustration. Father, please remove any pain and associated frustrations that are surrounding this trial in her young life. AMEN

Lord I pray for Becky and her dad. I know this can be a difficult time for them. I also know Lord that many times you use "trials" in our life to help us to learn a particular lesson. Lord if that is the case here I pray they learn from this. Thank you Lord for your mercy and grace. Your Word says you won't put anything on us that we can't bear. Please help them to get through this with flying colors. Amen.

Probably the hardest thing for parents to remember, especially when in the midst of a perceived crisis, is that old saying that most wisdom is gained by experience, and most experience is obtained through mistakes. So take heart, Boaz. If we survived and profited from our mistakes, our children aren't likely to do differently. That might not be THE most reassuring thing you'll hear, until you realize that nothing we can ever do can MAKE our children see the Light unless and unyil they've made their own mistakes, just like we and all other of God's children have done. And what may well be THE most reassuring thing to hear is that very, very few of our mistakes are permanent in this life. So take heart, ,and know she's in God's hands, and He'll show her the way much more effectively than we ever could. I faced similar situations with my own son a few times, and he turned out good. I'm sure Becky will do likewise. You've done all you could and knew how to do, and now, it's just time for her to start doing some learning on her own. God bless you both.
