Got to do a barrel on a Handy Gun for a customer. It originally had a smooth bore but now has a 10" octagon 32-20.

That's cool, reminiscent of the old Remington RB target pistols.

Wish I could get a 327 federal mag barrel for a handi.

Kinda looks sorta like an Ithaca Auto/Burglar but single barreled.

John, could you do a barrel in 327? Say, 16-18", with open sights? And how much would such a barrel so a guy could shoot 32 s&w long? About how much would such a thing cost?

I'm assuming it was registered before the conversion? Did BATFE have to be notified for de- listing? My friend has one in .410 is why I ask. Beautiful conversion by the way!
Best, Thomas.

I don't think it was registered as all I got was the action to start on. I have done quite a few shotgun actions to 32 S&W over the years.

Saw one of those at an estate sale years ago. Mint condition smooth bore .410 that was probably never registered. Told the auctioneer that he didn't even want that in his auction house and showed him some printed matter on the subject. Come auction time it was gone.
